About This Experience

You poured into your girls all cookie season long — now it’s your turn. Join us for a complimentary Troop Leader Appreciation Morning at LUMA GIRLS. This 90-minute deep relaxation experience is designed to help you fully unwind and reset your nervous system. You’ll rest comfortably in zero gravity chairs with cozy blankets and eye masks while immersed in a calming sound bath experience. Enjoy gentle aromatherapy (optional), sparkling water or tea, and an optional face mask while you relax. NYS Licensed Massage Therapist Lindsey Phelps will also be offering chair massage during the experience. No leading. No planning. No responsibilities. Just rest. We see you. We appreciate you. We are so grateful for the way you show up for your girls. Leave feeling calm, clear, and replenished. Space is limited to keep the experience intimate and restorative.
