About This Experience

The Girl Scout Getaway is a retreat-style experience—perfect for troop milestones, wellness boosts, or celebrating the start or end of the season. It’s your troop’s chance to pause, recharge, and have fun together. With The Signature Menu, leaders and scouts mix, match, and design their own adventure. It’s self-care, bonding, and fun all in one. *All guests must sign a waiver before attending. The waiver can be found on our website and will also be included in your booking confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

To reserve your LUMA Experience, we require a credit card on file at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged until the day of your event. We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice - or no-shows- may result in a charge of 50% of the total event cost. Thank you for understanding that this policy allows us to prepare your experience and reserve the LUMA Lounge just for you.
