Let us help bring your troop’s vision to life! Whether you’re working toward a badge, a journey, or a special theme night, we’ll collaborate with you to design an experience tailored just for your girls. Together, we’ll create activities that blend fun, learning, and a touch of LUMA magic—making memories that are as meaningful as they are unforgettable. Want ideas? Check out our Troop Leader Guide to see suggested LUMA activities mapped to over 30 different badges and journeys that we can help fulfill. *All guests must sign a waiver before attending. The waiver can be found on our website and will also be included in your booking confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

To reserve your LUMA Experience, we require a credit card on file at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged until the day of your event. We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice - or no-shows- may result in a charge of 50% of the total event cost. Thank you for understanding that this policy allows us to prepare your experience and reserve the LUMA Lounge just for you.

To make sure every visit is smooth and magical, we ask all guests to complete our annual waiver—required once per year to attend any LUMA GIRLS party or event.
