SUMMER BREAK RETREAT AT LUMA GIRLS Relax • Connect • Shine Give your girl a summer kickoff experience that feels like a dreamy one-day wellness retreat designed just for her. At our Summer Break Retreat, girls will celebrate the start of summer by slowing down, connecting with new friends, and enjoying uplifting activities that help them feel joyful, confident, creative, and refreshed after the busy school year. Throughout the day, girls will enjoy mindful movement, relaxation experiences, creative projects, hands-on self-care activities, music, laughter, and meaningful moments of sisterhood — all woven together with the magic of LUMA GIRLS. Girls will also have the chance to explore our beautiful sound instruments or partner up for a gentle sound exchange, offering calming sounds, sprays, and crystals to create a relaxing moment for a friend — always a favorite experience at LUMA! If the weather is beautiful, we may take part of our retreat outdoors with yoga on the lawn, playful summer activities, bubble breathing, or relaxing outdoor sound experiences. ✨ A magical day to celebrate summer, recharge, and shine from the inside out. Lunch & Snacks Girls should bring a packed lunch and a reusable water bottle. LUMA Girls will provide: ✨ A light morning snack ✨ A light afternoon snack ✨ Fruit-infused sparkling water We’ll take a relaxed lunch break so girls can recharge, connect, and enjoy friendship time together.
